Huis De Colvenier surprises its guests daily with a gourmet menu based on market-fresh products. More than just a delicious dinner, we provide you with an extraordinary experience! Book your 3-4-5-6 or 7 course menu now.

Patrick Van Herck swears by French cuisine that he gives his own identity with innate creativity.

His menu follows the seasons, but asparagus, langoustines and lamb remain fixtures of the house. Daily fresh products such as foie gras, exclusive fish, game and homemade desserts are on the menu.

Our menu formulas offer you a surprise menu with 3, 4, 5 or 6 courses, with or without an appropriate wine pairing. We follow the rhythm of the seasons and carefully select the highest-quality local produce, often directly from the farmer.
Classics on request

Fancy your favorite dish? Chef Patrick makes the all-time great classics (or not so great classics) for you upon request. Contact the chef and tell him your special request so he can order the right ingredients and make preparations in time.

Delicious indulgence! Delightful private dining! A 5-course menu with custom wines ... served quietly in our room with a separate dining area. Slept very well in this quiet peaceful suite. And as the icing on the cake, a sumptuous, catered breakfast!
