After the warm welcome, Patrick accompanies you to the maze of alcoves and cellars, these flow into each other, making this network the largest wine cellar in the City of Scheldt.
Through the open kitchen you descend into the majestic wine cellars with over 20,000 bottles of wine. Get lost in an underground labyrinth of corridors and alcoves. Make your way among exquisite wines that represent the entire world.
As you wander through the network of underground alcoves and corridors in the 19th-century wine cellar and enjoy your aperitif, chat with Chef Patrick Van Herck and go over the menu with him.

Delicious indulgence! Delightful private dining! A 5-course menu with custom wines ... served quietly in our room with a separate dining area. Slept very well in this quiet peaceful suite. And as the icing on the cake, a sumptuous, catered breakfast!
